We are seeking a highly skilled and detail-oriented Architectural Drafter with a strong eye for design and presentation. The ideal candidate is a top-tier drafter who can translate concepts into precise technical drawings and high-quality 3D visualizations for both interior and exterior projects.
Key Responsibilities: Prepare detailed architectural drawings, plans, and construction documents Develop 2D and 3D models for residential and/or commercial projects Create high-quality interior and exterior renderings Collaborate closely with architects and design teams to refine concepts Ensure accuracy, compliance with standards, and attention to design details Revise drawings based on feedback and project requirements

Requirements
Required Skills & Qualifications: Proven experience as an Architectural Drafter or similar role Advanced proficiency in: Revit SketchUp 3ds Max Strong rendering and visualization skills Excellent understanding of architectural drafting standards Strong eye for aesthetics, spatial design, and detailing Ability to work independently and meet deadlines Preferred Qualifications: Background in Architecture or Interior Design Portfolio showcasing drafting and rendering work (interior & exterior)
