The Role We are looking for a detail-oriented buy-side contracts Associate Counsel to join our fast-paced legal team to support our internal business partners. Must have experience with complex technology contracts, and an interest in evolving AI space. Review and negotiate a range of vendor contracts and provide related legal support to internal business partners in a decentralized procurement environment. Contracts include complex technology agreements, leases, design and construction services agreements, copyright license agreements, non-disclosure agreements, consulting and services agreements, media and advertising agreements, and event venue agreements.2. Assist in maintaining a vendor contract database and perform other legal operations functions.3. Assist in developing processes, templates, playbooks, and self-service contracts tools as Veeva continues to grow.
