YOUR ROLE AT SIXT:
Responsible for overseeing the daily fleet check and key management processes, ensuring complete accountability of all vehicles and keys through comprehensive daily analysisYou will manage the complete infleet/defleet process and coordinate daily vehicle movements to ensure all bookings are covered and vehicles are positioned optimallyYou will collaborate with pricing and yield teams to maximize revenue through strategic fleet positioning while analyzing turnaround data to drive operational efficienciesManaging and developing your entire fleet team, providing coaching, support, and comprehensive training to deliver exceptional customer experiencesBuilding and maintaining premium relationships with suppliers to reduce out-of-service vehicles while managing outsourced labor within budget parametersYou will work toward ambitious branch and personal targets while ensuring turnaround areas maintain audit-ready conditions and compliance standardsYOUR SKILLS MATTER
