About this role
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Agent Roadside Operations (m/f/d) to strengthen our European Roadside Initiative at SIXT. In this role, you'll take ownership of operational control, ensure quality assurance, and manage rapid escalations to keep our roadside services running smoothly. You will work cross-functionally with internal departments and collaborate with external partners to continuously monitor live assistance cases and global partner performance, while also supporting our After Claims Customer Service team.
