Senior Manager, FP&A
Join a larger FP&A team supporting various business units across the organization.Serve as a strategic financial partner to business unit leaders, providing actionable insights and recommendations.Develop and deliver comprehensive forecasting, planning, and analysis to support business unit decision-making.Lead corporate finance responsibilities including budget development, variance analysis, and financial reporting.Build and maintain complex financial models to support scenario planning, sensitivity analysis, and strategic initiatives.Lead and mentor junior FP&A team members, fostering professional development and analytical excellence.Communicate financial results and insights to senior leadership and stakeholders through clear, compelling presentations and reports.Identify and implement process improvements and automation opportunities to enhance team efficiency and analytical capabilities.
7+ years of relevant financial experience, ideally within biotech industry.Bachelor's degree required.Proven experience as a strategic financial partner to the business.Financial FP&A fundamental knowledgeExtensive experience with Excel and MS Suite productsExperience with Tableau & PowerBI preferred.
