About this role

The Digital Producer role within AbbVie works alongside the cross-functional commercial teams to help shape solutions and support the omnichannel roadmap. You will build strong relationships with key stakeholders, playing a key support role ot the marketing and medical teams in aiding the implementation of omnichannel campaigns and projects, including maintaining our customer self-service website and marketing automation platform on the Salesforce Marketing Cloud.

KEY DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Content preparation, creation and implementation in line with brand team needseDM/website content release planningManage releases from end to end and publish updates, ensuring project governance is adhered too with follow up QA to ensure quality and customer experienceProduce and implement designs for web, mobile, banners, eDMs and social media assets, adhering to brand guidelinesBuild and manage customer journey’s in Salesforce Marketing CloudProactively monitor analytics for improvements to UXProactively monitor digital campaigns and identify maintenance/quality improvementsConsistently test and review the output of projects for quality assurance and user experienceWork with cross functional CEX and BTS teams to ensure all stakeholders are updated on the delivery of omnichannel campaignsQA solutions in testing environments to ensure quality and customer experience is highHelp optimize internal Omnichannel experience team processes to support simpler “intake of requirements” from the business into the team work flowReport any adverse event within 24 hours as per AbbVie’s policies and procedures.Proactively participate in AbbVie’s WHS programs, adhere to policies and promote a safe work environment at all times.Adhere to AbbVie’s internal codes of conduct and compliance processes.Other ad hoc duties such as administrative duties, as requested. 3 + years of experience as a digital producer or in a similar role, focused on omnichannel content development and UXStrong working proficiency in content authoring tools (e.g., Adobe Creative Suite, CMS platforms)Experience with the Salesforce Marketing Cloud platform including journey and audience builderExperience with HTML, CSS and building EDMsKnowledge and understanding of Javascript/jQueryCMS experience across AEM essentialExperience of SEO and Google AnalyticsStrong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in teams.Detail-oriented mindset with a commitment to delivering high-quality content.Understanding of digital marketing strategies and analytics tools is advantageous.Flexibility and Availability: In line with Australia’s 'Right to Disconnect' legislation, we recognise and respect employees' right to refuse contact outside of their working hours, unless such refusal is deemed unreasonable.
