Summary of Job Description:
Grow the Migraine business by strengthening marketing activities and contribute to the migraine patients, their family and people around them.Major Responsibilities:
Prepare for new product and/or new indication launch by working closely with brand team leader and brand team members.Develop, implement and manage best-in-class marketing programs utilizing digital technology to ensure successful market share growth and product sales increase for short-term and long-term.Establish and maintain relationships with KOLs, relevant organizations and other key stakeholders to develop and implement our strategyIdentify new opportunities and ways to better meet customers’ needs for short-term and long termDevelop marketing strategy with various stakeholders (in English and Japanese)Support senior brand manager for product portfolios and product life cycle plansManage to the promotional budget with the senior brand managerWork collaboratively with other functions (medical, sales and other marketing team etc.) within the company to facilitate implementation of commercial and medical programs for the productsCommunicate brand strategy to sales force clearly for flawless implementationParticipate in global and regional conferences and congresses. Essential Skills & Abilities:
3+ years of Marketing experience in pharma industry (sales experience, Internal medicine experience, Neuroscience experience, and New Product / indication launch experience are preferred)Effective communication (in Japanese: N1 level and English: TOEIC >850): clear, concise, and persuasiveSkills in utilizing digital technologyStrong interpersonal skillsStrong project management skills, multitasking skillsAnalytical ability and an innovative mindsetAbility to work in matrix / cross-functional environment which includes influence to the people on no direct report line.Advanced written and spoken EnglishAutonomy, independence and assertiveness; a polished professional presence is essentialGood fit with the ways we workEducation/Experience Required:
University degree or above
