About this role
As a Product Manager within Experian’s Identity & Fraud team, you will play a pivotal role in shaping the future of our AML Watchlist Screening solutions. Your mission is to deliver innovative, scalable products that help clients meet complex regulatory requirements while reducing operational inefficiencies and false positives. This is a global role, requiring strategic thinking, strong stakeholder engagement, and the ability to work across a matrixed organisation.
Key Responsibilities
Product Vision & Strategy
Define and execute the strategic roadmap for watchlist screening products, aligning with regulatory requirements, market trends, and Experian’s global product strategy.
Supplier & Data Management
Evaluate, benchmark, and manage relationships with watchlist data providers to ensure optimal performance, pricing consistency, and contractual flexibility.
Performance Optimisation
Drive improvements in screening accuracy and efficiency, leveraging analytics and technology to minimise false positives while maintaining compliance.
Agile Delivery
Lead product development using agile methodologies, ensuring timely delivery of high-quality features in collaboration with engineering teams.
Stakeholder Engagement
Partner with sales, compliance, technical teams, and clients to gather requirements, prioritise features, and ensure solutions meet market needs.
Market Intelligence & Innovation
Stay ahead of regulatory changes, emerging technologies, and competitor offerings. Champion innovation and continuous improvement across the product lifecycle.
Proven experience in product management, ideally within financial crime compliance or AML/KYC solutions. (5 Years+)
Strong understanding of global sanctions, PEP, and adverse media screening requirements.Familiarity with API-based products and integrations.Experience in B2B SaaS environments and working within a matrixed global organisation is highly desirable.Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills across global teams.Ability to translate complex compliance requirements into intuitive product features.
