In the strategic Management Center Group IT Services of Zeppelin GmbH at our location in Garching near Munich, we are currently looking for a "System Engineer (m/f/d) Citrix". Your tasks & responsibilities: * In your role as a "System Engineer (m/f/d) Citrix" you are responsible for the “Remote Access / Virtual Workplace” service as well as for the steering, coordination and the quality control of our external service provider. * You will also be responsible for the monitoring and tracking of SLA, KPI and service performance as well as the incident, problem and escalation management in an international environment. * Furthermore, you will also contribute to the planning and further development of the technical roadmap in the areas of Citrix Virtual Apps and Desktops, remote access solutions and cloud-based virtual desktop technologies. * You will also be in charge of the evaluation and introduction of future-oriented technologies such as Azure Virtual Desktop (AVD), AWS WorkSpaces / AppStream and hybrid workplace architectures. * In addition to this, you will work on the preparation and moderation of service reviews with internal stakeholders and external partners. * The coordination with security, network, workplace as well as the support in budget, licensing, and capacity planning will also belong to your area of responsibility.
