About this role
Your responsibilities: - Responsibility for civil and military EMC testing services, with a focus on high-power pulse technology (direct and indirect lightning) - Independent project management and technical implementation of EMC and lightning projects on-site at customer premises worldwide or in the laboratory in accordance with ISO 17025: - Product testing in accordance with international norms, standards and manufacturer specifications - Preparation of test documentation and reports in German and English - Development, construction and repair of test equipment Your qualifications: - A successfully completed Master’s degree in Electrical Engineering, Electronics, High-Frequency Technology, Electrical Power Engineering or High-Voltage Engineering - Some professional experience - A passion for the relevant technology and measurement technology - Ability to work under pressure and a sense of responsibility - Ability to work in a team and good communication skills - Very good written and spoken German and good written and spoken English - Independent and proactive approach to work We offer you: - A fantastic team of specialists - Two extra days’ holiday on 24 and 31 December (if these fall on a working day) - A mentoring programme to help you settle in - A permanent, secure employment contract - Childcare allowance for children not yet of school age - Voluntary, employer-funded direct insurance for retirement provision - Company bike leasing available even during the probationary period - Unlimited coffee and tea, complimentary drinks and free fruit
