About this role
<p>Responsabilities:</p> <p>• Coordinate and supervise the team, manage man-hours<br>• Control and monitor project milestones.<br>• Resolve technical issues.<br>• Coordinate with other departments and operational centers. <br>• Ensure contract compliance and maintain strong relationships with Clients and Partners.<br>• Prepare project progress reports.<br>• Manage change orders<br>• Review project schedule and ensure compliance. <br>• Report to Department Management<br>• Ensure compliance with Quality Plan<br>• Control and supervise the production of electrical engineering deliverables within the project<br>• Review and approve electrical engineering documents<br>• Contribute to continuous improvement of the Department: lessons learned, procedure development needs, training requirements, etc.</p> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Degree in engineering discipline</li> <li>10 -15 years os experincie incluiding at least 5 years devoted to petrochemical, refinery, chemical or power generation projects.</li> <li>Excellent communication skills</li> <li>Strong team management skills</li> <li>Strong organizational skills</li> <li>Proactive mindset</li> <li>Ability to work in a multicultural and multidisciplinary team</li> <li>English: minimum C1 level required</li> <li>MS Office suite</li> <li>Knowledge of electrical engineering software (ETAP, SKM Power Tools, SmartElectrical, etc.) is a plus</li> <li>Availability to travel</li> </ul> <p>We offer:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Salary depending on experience.</li> <li>Flexible timetable and 2-day remote work.</li> <li>We offer specific job adaptation for people with a disability certificate of 33% or higher.</li> <li>Multicultural, international, and dynamic environment.</li> <li>Intensive workday during summer months.</li> <li>Place of work: Madrid</li> </ul> <p>Diversity and equality</p> <p>At Técnicas Reunidas, we have a strong commitment to equal opportunities for women and men, as well as to diversity.
