About this role
<p>Reliability Engineering Specialist with experience in Reliability, Availability, and Maintainability (RAM) studies and Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA), supporting the design, optimization, and lifecycle performance of industrial systems.<br>- Perform RAM analyses using reliability block diagrams, fault tree analysis, and simulation tools to evaluate system performance and ensure compliance with project requirements.<br>- Interpret key reliability indicators such as MTBF, MTTR, and availability, identifying risks and improvement opportunities.<br>- Conduct criticality assessments (ECA) to prioritize equipment based on failure probability and impact on safety, production, cost, and environment.<br>- Provide reliability input during engineering phases (concept, FEED, detailed design), ensuring optimal system configuration and maintainability.<br>- Analyze failure and maintenance data to develop predictive models and support data-driven decision-making.<br>- Identify system bottlenecks and recommend solutions to improve reliability, reduce downtime, and optimize operational performance.<br>- Prepare technical reports ensuring alignment with international standards and project specifications.</p> <p><strong>Technical Competencies:</strong><br>- Knowledge of RAM methodologies, including reliability modeling, availability analysis, and maintainability assessments.<br>- Ability to perform Equipment Criticality Analysis (ECA), supporting risk-based prioritization and decision-making.<br>- Knowledge in reliability tools and statistical techniques to support predictive and lifecycle analysis.<br>- Knowledge of international standards (IEC, ISO, API) related to reliability and asset integrity.<br><strong>Soft Skills:</strong><br>- Effective Communication<br>- Teamwork and Collaboration<br>- Critical Thinking<br>- Attention to Detail<br>- Proactivity and Initiative<br>- Adaptability and Flexibility</p> <p><strong>Tools</strong></p> <p>Desirable but not mandatory knowledge in reliability tools as ReliaSoft, Isograph or RAM Commander.</p> <p><strong>Languague</strong></p> <p>English (minimum B2 level)</p>
