<p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Oversee day-to-day site operations and manage construction teams.</li> <li>Develop and maintain project schedules, ensuring timely completion of milestones.</li> <li>Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and other stakeholders to avoid delays and conflicts.</li> <li>Monitor quality of work and ensure compliance with drawings, specifications, and building codes.</li> <li>Implement and enforce health, safety, and environmental regulations on-site.</li> <li>Prepare progress reports and communicate updates to project management and clients.</li> <li>Resolve technical issues and provide guidance to site teams.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><strong>Requirements:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Civil Engineering, Construction Management, or related field.</li> <li>Minimum 8–10 years of experience in construction supervision and project management.</li> <li>Strong knowledge of construction methods, materials, and building codes.</li> <li>Proven ability to manage budgets, schedules, and resources effectively.</li> <li>Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>Proficiency in project management software and MS Office tools.</li> <li>International allocation availability.</li> </ul> <p> </p>
