<p><strong>Procurement Specialist / Coordinator – Reimbursable Projects (FEL, FEED, FEED OBE) and EPC – LSTK Small-scale projects</strong></p> <p> </p> <p><strong>Responsibilities:</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Conduct a thorough review of project contract to identify clauses and requirements impacting procurement activities.</li> <li>Serve as the focal point for procurement-related matters with the Client and Project Management.</li> <li>Develop and implement the Project Procurement Execution Plan in alignment with contractual obligations and project objectives.</li> <li>Oversee procurement activities to ensure compliance with the project schedule and milestones.</li> <li>Facilitate regular meetings with the procurement team Head of Project Procurement Servies to identify key issues or risks, propose mitigation strategies, and ensure timely follow-up if any.</li> <li>Collaborate with other disciplines such as Engineering and Project Controls to ensure alignment and integration of procurement activities and in accordance of project needs.</li> <li>Monitor supplier performance to ensure compliance with contractual terms and project requirements.</li> <li>Actively participate in commercial evaluations and negotiations of procurement-related matters.</li> <li>Promote and implement sustainable and ethical procurement practices.</li> <li>Prepare, update, and consolidate procurement execution reports for internal and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Promote continuous improvement through the Lessons Learned program to enhance future project execution.</li> <li>Contribute to the identification and development of procurement opportunities and strategic initiatives.</li> </ul> <p>Requirements:</p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Over 5 to 10 years of professional experience, including a minimum of 5 years in a relevant role within industrial project environments as a Project Procurement Specialist/Coordinator, with knowledge about purchasing, expediting and logistics activities of the projects.</li> <li>It is advisable to hold a Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or an equivalent qualification</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership capabilities, along with excellent communication and analytical skills, are essential.</li> <li>Languages: A fluent level of English is mandatory.</li> </ul>
