<p>We are looking for candidates for the position of <strong>Proposal Manager.</strong></p> <p>Responsible for analyzing the Client's invitation to bid requirements and assuring its completion.</p> <ul> <li>Leading the internal preparation of tenders, coordinating the different departments involved (technicians, procurement, legal, fiscal, estimates, etc...) to obtain the necessary information for the bid.</li> <li>Address and obtain clarifications from the Client.</li> <li>Coordinate with the Construction Management the construction strategy and the attainment of bids from subcontractors.</li> <li>Coordinate with partners and/or subcontractors their correct involvement in the preparation of the technical and commercial proposal.</li> <li>Supervise and monitor the accomplishment of the offer's estimate budget.</li> <li>Prepare the commercial and administrative documentation, as well as assuring that the technical documentation is complete and adequate.</li> <li>Responsible for the correct emission of the technical-commercial proposal. </li> <li>Tracking and closing of the offer; prepare the subsequent clarifications and amendments to the presentation of the Offer.</li> <li>Actively participating in the negotiations with the Client.</li> </ul> <p><span style="text-decoration:underline"><strong>Required profile and experience</strong> </span></p> <ul> <li>Chemical/Industrial/Mechanical Engineer, or licensed in chemistry, industrial specialization. </li> <li>7 to 10 years as Proposal Manager in the area of petroleum refinery, petrochemical, LNG, gas treatment and upstream.We value the experience in the process design and/or project engineering of these types of installations. </li> <li>Wide knowledge of the Oil & Gas sector and its international market.</li> <li>Essential high level of English written and spoken.
