Must be fully aware of local HSE laws, codes, and updates. Stay updated on safe work practices and share relevant safety information with all staff. Experienced in safety compliance, reports to the H&S Engineer. Assist H&S Engineer/Manager in implementing the Health and Safety Plan. Advise site supervision on:<br>Injury and equipment damage prevention. Enhancing safe work methods. Proper use of PPE.<br>Organizing safety staff. Safe practices related to new technologies. Conduct or direct safety audits and inspections with supervision staff; report findings to H&S Engineer and recommend actions. Share audit/inspection findings with concerned personnel promptly (same day or next morning). Oversee Site Nurse, and First Aid personnel; ensure high standards in inspections. Ensure daily site safety diary is maintained. Support and conduct safety training for all employee levels.
