If you have a good idea, we&apos;ll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience. <br> Your ideas are our fuel.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Drive the stress knowledge development roadmap for novel structural architecture.</li> <li>Collaborate with a vast group of experts to recommend the best structural concept selection.</li> <li>Participate in technical reviews and configuration decisions as an expert in the structural strength field.</li> <li>Lead and carry out stress calculations to assess design solutions and trade studies.</li> <li>Liaise with Design to ensure stress requirements are fully integrated.</li> <li>Recommend and document methodologies and develop the associated tools to support technology maturity roadmaps.</li> <li>Be involved with research and technology projects, collaborating with universities and partners.</li> <li>Prepare and review the required engineering documentation, i.e., manuals, requirements, reports, presentations, justification notes and memos, stress analysis files and models, among others.</li> <li>Elaborate risk management matrix and mitigation plans.</li> <li>Define strategy for achieving projects goals: content, scope of work, costs, risks.</li> <li>Provide visibility to management as needed.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You hold a bachelor’s or master’s degree in Aeronautical or Mechanical Engineering.</li> <li>You have a minimum of 15 years of advanced structural analysis experience in static, fatigue and damage tolerance of primary structures and system components (metallic and composite).</li> <li>You have a hands-on experience on major structures development on a minimum of two new aircraft development programs.</li> <li>You are proficient in using software packages such as MSC PATRAN/NASTRAN, Hyper Works, LS-DYNA as well as CATIAv5, NASGRO and the MS Software Suite (MSWord, MS Excel).</li> <li>You have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. </li> <li>You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.
