deck interfaces through requirements capture, prototyping, simulation, analysis and usability tests.</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:middle"><span style=""><span style="">More specifically, you will:</span></span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Deploy cognitive and physical ergonomics expertise to support design, tests and analysis of Human-Machine Interfaces.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Support requirements development, task analysis, and human error analysis.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Develop system Human Machine Interface (HMI) simulations and prototypes.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Create and manage documentation for Human Factors activities related to new aircraft, significant cockpit modifications and sustaining programs.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Elaborate and conduct User Centered Design activities related to Flight deck HMI.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Perform scenario-based Flight deck and User eXperience (UX) evaluation in line with BA Flight deck philosophy.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Interact with Flight Crews to develop and assess overall cockpit physical and cognitive usability.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Support certification effort for 1302 and other Human Factors related regulations.</span></span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style="vertical-align:bottom"><span style=""><span style="">Interact with several programs / style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You possess a Bachelor&apos;s degree in Engineering / Science and a Degree in Cognitive Ergonomics, Psychology, Industrial Design or equivalent.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You have practical experience in cognitive ergonomics (cognition, perception, decision making, workload, situation awareness, human error) and notions of physical ergonomics (anthropometry, strength, reach, vision).</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You have a relevant experience and knowledge in the Aerospace industry, including especially aircraft systems, flight operations, regulatory environment, and design standards (e.g. MIL STD, SAE ARP, ARINC, etc.).</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You are resourceful in computer-based tools, autonomous in learning and adapting easily to new software.</span></span></span></span></span></li> </ul> <p style="margin-bottom:11.0px"><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">Additionally, </span></span></span></span></span></p> <ul style="margin-bottom:11.0px"> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You possess good technical writing and oral presentation skills (English is required, French is an asset).</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You are an organized and self-motivated team player, capable to work with or without supervision.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li><span style=""><span><span><span style=""><span style="">You are resourceful, capable to absorb a large quantity of information, and able to plan and execute experiments, evaluations and tests for
