Qualifications: <ul> <li>Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, with a preference for Chemical Engineering.</li> <li>Minimum of 3 years of hands-on experience in Production, Quality Assurance, Research & Development, or relevant fields, with a specific focus on the Flexible Packaging Industry.</li> <li>Profound understanding of flexible packaging processes, materials, and their applications.</li> <li>Demonstrated proficiency in analytical thinking, problem-solving, meticulous attention to detail, and effective collaboration within multidisciplinary teams.</li> <li>Exceptional representation skills to serve as a key liaison for Constantia Propak with clients, auditors, suppliers, and external stakeholders.</li> <li>Excellent command of both written and spoken English, with the ability to articulate complex concepts clearly and concisely.</li> <li>Advanced proficiency in MS Office suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) for data analysis, documentation, and presentation purposes.</li> <li>Proven ability to generate comprehensive and insightful reports that drive informed decision-making.</li> <li>Capacity to make autonomous decisions, prioritize tasks efficiently, and achieve measurable results within defined timelines.</li> <li>Possession of a valid driver's license, accompanied by a willingness to undertake domestic and international travel, particularly across Europe
