<ul> <li>Ensuring data quality as part of monthly reporting</li> <li>Development and maintenance of PeopleAnalytics in SAP SuccessFactors</li> <li>Continuous expansion and improvement of our HR reporting tools</li> <li>Support with data collection and the creation of ad-hoc reports</li> <li>Coordination of CSR reporting (Corporate Social Responsibility)</li> <li>Preparation of audits in cooperation with the local companies on site</li> <li>Coordination between external auditors and our plants worldwide in the course of audits on CSR and ESG (Environmental, Social and Governance)</li> </ul><ul> <li>Completed business studies or comparable qualification</li> <li>High IT affinity and very good analytical skills</li> <li>Experience with SAP SuccessFactors is an advantage</li> <li>Experience in the area of CSR and ESG is a must</li> <li>Ability to grasp and systematically process complex issues</li> <li>Reliability and passion for analytical and reporting topics</li> <li>Team spirit and service orientation</li> <li>Ability to work independently and organizational skills</li> <li>Willingness for business trips</li> <li>Written and spoken English at a very good level</li> <li>German language skills would be an advantage</li> </ul><ul> <li>Start date: asap</li> <li>Location: Pirk, Germany</li> <li>Working hours: part time is possible (30h/week as a minimum requirement)</li> <li>#LI-Hybrid way of working: homeoffice up to 3 days per week (after initial onboarding period)</li> </ul>
