We are a global organization focused on working together with a team spirit.</p> <p>The Technical Integration Team ensures that all Technical Disciplines (Aircraft and Engine Performance, Stability & Control, Loads & Dynamics, Flight & Systems Simulation, Acoustics & Vibration, Advanced Aerodynamics) work in a coordinated fashion to ensure success of New Aircraft Development Programs, and In Service Programs.</p> <p>This posting is for a Challenger Platform Technical Integrator</p> <p>The job location is either at the Bombardier Montreal or Bombardier Toronto sites. <br> </p> <p>Bombardier Aerospace is an equal opportunity employer and encourages women, Aboriginal people, persons with disabilities and members of visible minorities to apply.</p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Act as the focal for the Technical Engineering Disciplines </li> <li>Integrate all Technical activities involved in a new design or a design change, from concept definition to certification. </li> <li>Be the voice of all Technical Engineering Disciplines at discussions with the Head of Challenger Programs </li> <li>Support specialist and management to define Technical Engineering design requirements and objectives for any aircraft modification or change.</li> <li>Coordinate wind tunnel development and validation activities, as required.</li> <li>Lead design review activities related to Technical Engineering Disciplines</li> <li>Coordinate activities related to flight test requirements, certification, and flight manuals for Technical Engineering Disciplines</li> <li>Work with individual specialists to Identify program risks related to Technical Engineering Disciplines and define and execute mitigation plan(s)</li> <li>Support customer queries related to Technical Engineering</li> <li>Work with other Technical Integrators on other platforms to ensure commonality between platforms.</li> <li>Keep track of budget spend and schedule adherence of the Technical Engineering teams. </li> <li>Support input into Technical Disciplines Document Lessons Learned<br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You hold a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering. <ul> <li>Master’s Degree would be an Asset.</li> </ul> </li> <li>You possess a minimum 11 years of experience in aerospace.</li> <li>You have a good working knowledge in multiple Technical Disciplines and their interaction with the rest of the Aircraft and Aircraft systems. </li> <li>You possess good leadership and interpersonal skills.</li> <li>You have strong communication skills and can easily tailor your communication to suit the audience.</li> <li>You quickly understand complex issues and have excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.</li> <li>You are able to work under pressure, autonomously and with changing priorities.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
