Prepare and present progress reports to different levels of management;</li> <li>Align the work of the resources involved and be the interface between the different matrix services;</li> <li>Manage client expectations and change requests within projects;</li> <li>Develop risk management and mitigation plans; </li> <li>Participate in problem solving and recovery plans when necessary to meet deadlines for key deliverables; </li> <li>Participate in the continuous improvement of our project management processes.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>As our ideal candidate</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You hold a Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering, Aeronautical Engineering, Automated Production Engineering or Industrial Engineering, or any other relevant experience;</li> <li>You have a minimum of five (5) to ten (10) years of experience in project management;</li> <li>You possess knowledge of manufacturing processes in the aeronautical industry (Asset);</li> <li>You possess assets in human resources management within the framework of matrix project management;</li> <li>You hold a PMI certification (asset);</li> <li>You have a good analytical mind;</li> <li>You have excellent verbal and written communication skills and a great sense of organization;</li> <li>You are fluent in English and French both written and spoken;</li> <li>You have knowledge of Microsoft Office such as Excel, PowerPoint and MS Project;</li> <li>You are passionate about achieving technological excellence.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
