<div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Plan, execute and control major investment projects for the St-Laurent Manufacturing Center;</li> <li>Manage costs and schedule so that your projects are delivered to the complete satisfaction of your customers;</li> <li>Establish and understand the needs and priorities of your internal customers;</li> <li>Maintain clear and effective communication at different hierarchical levels in the Organization;</li> <li>Identify and mitigate risks proactively;</li> <li>Coordinate the various resources involved in the development and execution of projects;</li> <li>Enforce internal safety rules on your sites;</li> <li>Solve various technical issues using a sustainable approach;</li> <li>Contribute to the continuous improvement of team processes.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You have a degree in engineering (mechanical, civil, construction) and / or technical;</li> <li>You have five to ten years of experience in managing large-scale projects in the manufacturing sector;</li> <li>You are organized, recognized for your leadership and have demonstrated the ability to mobilize various teams;</li> <li>You adopt best practices in project management;</li> <li>You are able to work under pressure and meet your commitments;</li> <li>You are bilingual and demonstrate communication skills, both oral and written;</li> <li>You demonstrate negotiation skills as well as problem analysis and resolution;</li> <li>You have initiative, concern for a job well done and customer satisfaction is your priority<br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div>
