You will be responsible for drafting complex and specialized terms and conditions that balance Bombardier’s risk and the needs of our unique customers.</li> <li>Draft and negotiate an array of agreements such as, aircraft purchase agreements, data license agreements, engineering services agreements, and aircraft modification agreements.</li> <li>Support aircraft delivery objectives by providing ongoing commercial and/or legal support to internal and external customers.</li> <li>Drive business results by anticipating risks and, in concert with internal stakeholders, initiate creative and effective mitigation plans to protect aircraft delivery schedules.</li> <li>Engage with management to raise unresolved contractual risks in a timely way.</li> <li>Initiate correspondence to customers, including invoices, in accordance with the purchase agreement and ensure appropriate follow-up.</li> <li>Contribute to process improvement and governance activities related to the functions of the department.</li> <li>Be presented with opportunities to travel internationally.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>As our ideal candidate</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You are able to combine your business acumen with your risk mitigation abilities.</li> <li>You have a university degree in law or business. Having an MBA would be considered an asset, though not a requirement.</li> <li>You have at least ten to fifteen (10-15) years’ experience working in a law firm or a large corporation.</li> <li>You have a minimum of ten (10) years of experience in the negotiation of commercial transactions and drafting of commercial agreements.</li> <li>You are a leader and autonomous.</li> <li>You possess strong interpersonal and persuasion skills.</li> <li>You have strong drafting skills in English.</li> <li>You have the ability to work flexibly, extended and/or irregular working hours in line with business demands, together with an ability to travel on short notice.</li> <li>You are bilingual in French and English.
