If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience. <br> Your ideas are our fuel.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Supervise employees and ensure compliance with department processes. </li> <li>Execute the department’s plan following operational standards, ensuring execution according to the master plan (short and medium term). </li> <li>Exercise leadership in alignment with Bombardier’s vision and values. </li> <li>Communicate the latest Master Program revision and ensure clear and comprehensive understanding within the company, also informing about future impacts. </li> <li>Provide guidance, alignment, and influence to your reports and customer impact priorities. </li> <li>Lead the execution of the Sales and Operations Planning (S&OP) process. </li> <li>Develop, monitor, and publish results of indicators related to the sales and operations plan. </li> <li>Participate alongside the Bombardier Aerospace Integrated Master Planning Council for harmonizing Master changes. </li> <li>Negotiate with other sites or internal customers on master programs that meet customer requirements and operational needs. </li> <li>Discuss and advise in moderate to complex situations. </li> <li>Coordinate the calculation process for operational staff to meet the Master Program. </li> <li>Collaborate with the Human Resources and Finance team for site Headcount generation and decision-making regarding operator recruitment. </li> <li>Work with the Finance team for budget and forecast exercises.
