If you have a good idea, we'll provide the environment in which it will thrive and grow into a great product or customer experience. <br> Your ideas are our fuel.</p> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="margin:0.0px">Organizational Relationships</H2> </div><div><p>This position reports to the Program Manager or the Program Director for the respective Program within Program Management Office. </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>Manage a team of cross-functional members focusing on specific tasks </li> <li>Monitor functional departments and partner activities </li> <li>Ensure Program milestones are achieved within budget</li> <li>Identify key Program issues and provide the necessary planning and leadership to resolve these issues </li> <li>Participate in program reviews with partners to assess program progress, program risk and ensure that commitments are being achieved </li> <li>Prepare and present regular program updates for senior management </li> <li>Initiate/ lead special case studies (i.e. financial impacts, projections, scheduling, etc.) </li> <li>Manage closure of major issues and document lessons learned</li> <li>Provide general direction for program setting priorities</li> <li>Challenge and initiate design reviews to ensure program objectives are met within budget </li> <li>Lead the development of statement of work for the project </li> <li>Validate key assumptions & constraints and manage risk items, with corresponding risk mitigation/reduction strategies </li> <li>Develop and implement control mechanisms to capture costs (labor, material and ODC) and monitor program performance </li> <li>Establish program schedule and develop strategy for implementation plan </li> <li>Develop tools for tracking of deliverables and progress of activities</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?
