(Programs, Supply Chain, and Engineering)</li> <li>Work across functions (Supply Chain, Operations, Engineering, Aftermarket,Finance, HR etc) </li> <li>Work closely with partners to ensure IT and AI needs are captured and in line with Bombardier Framework</li> <li>Dive deep into business function needs to help identify, narrow and execute key initiatives with technological solutions</li> <li>Create, harmonize and track plans to successfully achieve our objectives</li> <li>Coordinate the various resources involved in the project</li> <li>Capture and identify ROI/benefits of digital solution technologies implementation </li> <li>Connect digital transformation activities with other work streams to identify synergies and make sure they adhere to the project’s overall timeframe and major milestones.</li> <li>Provide weekly status reports and control risks.</li> <li>Integrate into the business unit to which you support to support and implement approved initiatives.</li> <li>In charge of organizing and directing business development activities, such as presentations, proposal creation, and Statements of Work (SOW).<br> </li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><ul> <li>You have a university degree or college diploma in engineering with a focus aerospace, artificial intelligence, data analytics or technology implementation.</li> <li>You have 5 to 8 years of experience as a project manager or product owner with aircraft manufacturing experience and/or digital technology implementation </li> <li>You have Supply Chain experience (an asset)</li> <li>You have some experience as a project manager in an industrial or corporate environment and aircraft manufacturing experience (an asset);</li> <li>You have a strong financial acumen (an asset); </li> <li>You demonstrate an excellent spirit of synthesis; you easily popularize technical information in your written and oral communications in French and English. </li> <li>You are autonomous, innovative and dynamic;</li> <li>You show leadership and you have very good ability to work with multidisciplinary teams and influence others;</li> <li>You have good computer skills in a Windows environment: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, MS Project, Teams, PowerBI, etc.;</li> <li>You are a very organized person, you are results-oriented while remaining flexible to changing priorities and accustomed to working on several projects at the same time.<br> </li> </ul> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
