Prioritizing employee growth and development, we empower everyone to reach their full potential on their own terms.</p> <p> </p> <h3><b>Bombardier’s Benefits Program</b></h3> <p> </p> <p>With our employees’ well-being top of mind, we offer a comprehensive and competitive Benefits Program, which includes the following: </p> <ul> <li>Insurance plans <ul> <li><em>Dental, medical, life insurance, disability, and more </em></li> </ul> </li> <li>Competitive base salary </li> <li>Retirement savings plan </li> <li>Employee Assistance Program </li> <li>Tele Health Program </li> </ul> <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>What are your contributions to the team?</b></H3> </div><div><p>• Lead and support a team of Customer Account Engineering representatives (CAE’s) and Delivery Coordinators (DC’s) in their day-to-day activities in preparation and over the course of the Delivery of both Challenger 650 and 3500 Aircraft.<br> • Collaborate with Operations, Quality, Logistics, Engineering, Programs and Sales to validate and ensure Aircraft readiness for delivery to the end Customer.<br> • Work with DC’s and CAE’s to creatively solve problems, brainstorm out of the box solutions while keeping the customer needs in the forefront yet ensuring business targets are met.<br> • Oversee performance of CAE’s and DC’s deliverables including KPI management and special projects execution.<br> • Work on initiatives to improve the areas where opportunities are identified.<br> • Optimize the use of available resources to ensure project execution, quality of deliverables and customer satisfaction.<br> • Work with Customer Account Managers Representative (CAM’s) to establish and prioritize knowledge management and development of technical material to support Aircraft Spec’ing, project management/delivery and Sales Support.<br> • Interface with CAM’s on upcoming deliveries and identify internal key risks that could impede customer deliveries.<br> • Oversee all offsite Customer delivery activities. <br> </p> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px"><b>How to thrive in this role?</b></H3> </div><div><p>• You have 10-15 years of experience in Aviation and 3-5 years in management.<br> • You hold a university degree in Engineering, Business, or other related field or equivalent work experience.<br> • You are a strong team player and can easily network to get support across the organization from various functions.<br> • You have good organizational skills, including but not limited to prioritizing, scheduling, time management.<br> • You have good decision-making skills; you can assess all the facts, understand company and customer needs, and choose the best course of action.<br> • You have good leadership skills, inspire confidence, are charismatic and comfortable with external customer interaction.<br> • You have exceptional communication skills; can communicate at all levels of the organization from shop floor to board room level. <br> • You have a strong customer-oriented mindset and use it to influence the business.<br> • You have prior experience working with Customers and other departments inside a large corporation.<br> • You are fluent in both French & English (written and spoken).<br> </p> </div></div></div><p>Please note: You don’t need all the skills, knowledge, and experience listed for this position!
