Your ideas are our fuel. <div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">In your role, you will</H3> </div><div><ul> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Accountable to provide all Configuration Management deliverables on time.</li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Build Configuration Management Plans for new aircraft development programs.</li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Develop Config Management Policies and Procedures for Bombardier and identify and/or drive process improvements.</li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Responsible to validate the on-boarding of new suppliers and provide guidance in resolving CM issues. </li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Contribute to the Configuration Management Knowledge domain.</li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Actively participate in continues improvement projects focused on new tools and processes for sustaining and development programs. </li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Present CM topics to any level of the organization including upper management.</li> <li class="MsoNoSpacing">Develops peers and new hires in the field of Configuration Management domain through training, mentoring and review of daily work.</li> </ul> </div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="word-wrap:break-word"><H3 style="margin:0.0px">As our ideal candidate</H3> </div><div><ul> <li class="paragraph">You have deep knowledge of CM activities within the Bombardier system and on various platforms and how they are applied with respect to the Product Definition at Bombardier. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">You have a minimum of 15 years of experience in the aircraft configuration management field.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">You have a deep knowledge of the Team Centre.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">You have expert level understanding of Airframe configuration management and control and have developed aircraft level Configuration Management Plans.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">You have strong understanding of civil aircraft certification rules and experience in certification procedures.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">You are highly motivated with a proven ability to adapt in a dynamic environment.
