In addition, Lincoln Electric is committed to the development of new and innovative technologies with value-added products and services that respond to customer needs.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Business Unit</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Automation Division is responsible for providing engineered solutions, integrated systems, automation programming and technical support to Lincoln Electric’s ongoing sales efforts specifically focused upon fume extraction, flexible and hard automation products and services.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Automation is further responsible for the provision of technical support to direct end-user customers for service / maintenance contracts and warrantee related solutions, as well as, troubleshooting and problem solving with respect to customer issues.</span></p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">The Automation Team is expected to deliver results while contributing to Lincoln Electric’s ongoing business activities and priorities, as well as, meeting internal and external customer requirements in a timely, discreet and ethical manner.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Major Responsibilities</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">To report directly to the Automation Production and Service Manager and communicate all relevant matters pertaining to assembly and integration of Automation Systems.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot and repair of Hard Automation Systems, Cobots, fume systems and other Lincoln Electric Equipments on and off-site including Warranty work.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Travel domestically and internationally to commission, train, and service hard automation systems, cobots, and fume extraction systems across Canada, United States and Internationally.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide technical support to customers by telephone, email etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assemble and integrate automation (welding) solutions which could include Robotic, Hard Automation and Environmental systems on and off site.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ensure that all assemblies of systems meet customer requirements and system specifications.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Establish and maintain a good rapport (relationship) with customers and suppliers,</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain accurate and up-to-date monthly expense reports, call record (service), mileage reports.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintain a safe, clean, and organized work environment on job sites and in the shop</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Fully abide and actively support Lincoln Electric’s Environmental Health &amp; Training Requirement</H2> </div><div><ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">College Diploma in Electro-Mechanical or Mechatronics </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Minimum 5 years of experience in manufacturing facility with hands on background in Electro-Mechanical system assembly, testing and troubleshooting</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience on repair of welding equipment is a key asset</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Strong Electrical and Mechanical aptitude</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to troubleshoot various types of equipment and read electrical diagrams</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience repairing robotic and/or welding equipment is a definite asset</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must have a valid driver’s license, passport and vehicle</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be able to use lifting straps, rigs, fork-lifts etc., to safely position and fasten equipment such as robots, positioners guarding etc.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must have a high level of expertise in using power and hand tools coupled with excellent manual dexterity for wiring, soldering, and assembly</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be proficient in reading, and following electrical drawings, engineering schematics, assembly manuals</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must have strong knowledge of the relevant Occupational Health &amp;
