The Project Engineering Lead is responsible for the overall performance of the project engineers. The Project Engineer Lead manages the workload of the project engineers and is responsible for managing the team and budgets, resources and schedules. The Project Engineer Lead is responsible for the planning, management and capacity reporting of the project engineer team. The test and automation project engineer team are the technical owners of all automation and test projects and they are responsible to coordinate with the engineering team and project management team to ensure proper execution of projects.
