Understands and can explain the basic mechanical and microscopy test theory and machine operation. Reports results and keeps thorough records.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Maintains assigned test equipment, including preventive maintenance and minor repairs, and ensures devices are operating correctly and safely. Keeps assigned work areas clean.</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Assumes additional responsibilities as needed or directed in support of the Company’s 2025 Strategy, including continuous improvement (Lean / 5S) activities.</span></li> </ul></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Requirements</H2> </div><div><ul> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Vocational Training and 5+ years of experience required; or GED with 7+ years in a related field, but does not require a university degree.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Has full proficiency in a range of technical processes or procedures (or deep skills in a single area) through job-related training and considerable work experience. </span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Completes a variety of atypical assignments, and is capable of multi-tasking.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works within defined technical processes and procedures or methodologies and may help determine the appropriate approach for new assignments, and install new equipment.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Works with a limited degree of supervision, with oversight focused only on complex new assignments.
