Collaborate with Manufacturing, Quality, Supply Chain, Service, and New Product Development to develop specifications, perform analysis and validation, resolve production issues, document solutions, and train stakeholders. Execute prototyping and lab testing to verify design changes, enhance reliability, and strengthen manufacturability and serviceability.</span></p></div></div><div style="padding:10.0px 0.0px;border:1.0px solid transparent"><div style="font-size:16.0px;word-wrap:break-word"><H2 style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px">Job Description (Duties and Responsibilities) </H2> </div><div><p style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="text-decoration:underline"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Production Support</span></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Troubleshoot and resolve advanced technical issues related to our products in a timely and efficient manner.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Track and resolve First Pass Yield (FPY) product related issues. Utilize established Operations Continuous Improvement processes to surface and escalate non-design-related issues.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Collect electrical measurement data on PC boards and/or equipment returned from field failures, and catalog the data for further analysis by engineers.
