Responsibilities)</H2> </div><div><p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>Product Compliance</u></span></p> <ul type="disc"> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Witness and review compliance testing according to internal or third-party agency testing requirements.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare technical documentation to be submitted to third party agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Update technical files and declarations of conformity to reflect any design changes.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review any new products drawing changes to establish critical parts lists as required by third party agencies.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Review of weekly changes to designs to determine any changes to compliance documents.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Responsibility to keep documentation updated in SAP document center and process updates to compliance related Engineering procedures.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Ability to interpret global standards, regulations and codes to determine the applicability of requirements relevant to Lincoln Products and work with compliance engineer to determine applicability.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Actively participate in departmental design reviews during the various stages of the design cycle.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Provide responses to customers’ inquiries related to meeting industry regulatory requirements.</span></li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><u>Collaboration and Knowledge Distribution</u></span></p> helvetica, sans-serif">Engage with suppliers, distributors, customers, and sales engineers on an occasional basis to discuss technical matters, product performance, or improvement style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Associate Degree in related field &amp; 5+ years of related experience OR,</span></li> <li><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">10+ style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Possess and applies a broad knowledge of principles, practices and procedures to the completion of a variety of difficult assignments and changing
