style="font-size:1.0em;margin:0.0px"><b>Job Responsibilities</b></H2> </div><div><ul> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Mechanical concept and design of functional machines & tooling based on specifications and part/vehicle data.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Check machine drawings for function and dimensional correctness.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Able to use standard or reference designs for creation of new designs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Prepare designs utilizing 2d and 3d CAD.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Create accurate B.O.M.’s.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Able to perform and document basic calculations to verify design integrity.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Thorough knowledge of commercial technology for creation of tool designs.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge and proper use of materials and commercially available stock.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Organizing and maintaining CAD files.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge and use of Fori Standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge and use of Industry Engineering Standards for construction and clarification of assembly drawing.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge and use of Industry Standards for safety and sans-serif">15 years minimum experience in machine design.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">10 years minimum experience in assembly automation.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in creating and improving department design standards.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Experience in mentoring junior level designers and detailers.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Use of materials and commercially available stock for automation design.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Expertise in G.D.T.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Knowledge and use of Fori Standards is a plus.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">High school diploma/certification in Inventor 3D.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif">Must be experienced in 2D AutoCAD with experience in Inventor 3D, Mechanical Desktop or SolidWorks.</span></li> <li style="font-family:arial, helvetica, sans-serif"><span
