This includes:</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">- Designing and implementing a framework for manager development based on our people strategy. This includes defining the role of the manager in Shiseido.<br> - Designing and implementing initiatives for new manager onboarding/development<br> - Designing and implementing initatives for ongoing manager development<br> - Ensuring our people managers have the capabilities and tools to effectively lead their teams</span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style="">The candidate will work with the group manager to realize a global learning organization. This includes:</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">- Designing a long-term strategy for the global learning organizaion, aligned with our people strategy<br> - Implementing initatives to drive the strategy, including but not limited to, global learning governance, global learning portfolio (including content to enhance digital capabilities), global learning operations, global learning culture</span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style="">Reports to:<br> - Learning &amp; Talent Development Group Manager</span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style="">Other key relationships:<br> - Organization &amp; Culture Development Group members<br> - HRBPs<br> - Regional HR members<br> - Senior business leaders (e.g. function executive officers, etc)</span></span></p> <p><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Required capabilities:<br> - A learning role model - someone who is curious and innovative and constantly looking to develop themselves<br> - Ability to interact and biuld relationships with all level of employees<br> - Fluent in oral and written Japanese and English<br> - Strong project management and organizational skills<br> - Results focusd and ability to take initiative<br> - Instructional design, including impact evaluation measurement techniques<br> - Takes a holistic approach to capability building (70:20:10 model)</span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style="">Education level:<br> - Bachelor Degree or equivalent</span></span></p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style="">Experience level:<br> - At least 7 years in the area of learning and development. Other experience in the wider field of HR is welcome.<br> - Managerial experience (either people manager or individual contributor)<br> - Experience in global organizations and an inclusive mindset for other cultures<br> - Proven track record of designing impactful learning and development solutions from ideation to implementation in a large, global, matrix environment</span></span></p> <p> </p>
