Executive - Retail Marketing (Petaling Jaya, 10, MY) @ Shiseido

<p><b>KEY RESPONSIBILITIES</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>Monitor new product launch and testers shipments. </li> <li>Execute the allocation of new products &amp; pricing by counter. </li> <li>Communicate with retailers to determine quantities of sales. </li> <li>Checking on PO quantity received from retailers. </li> <li>Serve as control point in managing stocks to be given to counters. </li> <li>To provide sales reports on a daily basis. </li> <li>To provide support to the team in all retail related matters. </li> <li>To prepare the month-end retail-related sales reports. </li> <li>Preferably should have logistics, demand planning experience and inventory skills. </li> <li>Ad-hoc reports to support Retail Manager. </li> </ul> <p> </p> <p><b>REQUIREMENTS</b></p> <p> </p> <ul> <li>experience in the retail industry will be an added advantage. </li> <li>Able to work independently and in a team environment under tight deadlines. </li> <li>Good interpersonal and communication skills. </li> <li>Excellent in MS Office application (Excel, PowerPoint, Pivot). </li> </ul>
