The successful candidate will work closely with agencies and cross-functional teams both globally and regionally, to develop and execute digital marketing campaigns, optimize the online customer experience, and manage our e-commerce presence and platforms, driving traffic and conversion.</span></span><br> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Responsibilities:<br> • Develop and implement the overall e-commerce strategy for the brand<br> • Optimize the online customer experience, including website functionality, product presentation, and integrations<br> • Develop and execute jointly with other business functions, integrated digital marketing campaigns to drive traffic and increase sales<br> • Implement robust metrics and tracking processes to analyze e-commerce data from multiple parties, to identify trends and opportunities for growth<br> • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful global approach and support local execution of product launches and promotions<br> • Stay up to date with industry trends and best practices in e-commerce</span></span></p> <p><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements(必要な能力/経験/資質)</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">• Bachelor&apos;s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field<br> • 5+ years of experience in e-commerce, preferably in the beauty or fashion industry<br> • Strong understanding of e-commerce platforms and technologies, SFMC, SFCC. Shopify, etc.<br> • Proven track record of driving online sales growth and profitability<br> • Broad experience in digital marketing, analytics and digital systems<br> • Strong analytical skills and ability to use data to make informed decisions</span></span></p> <p><br> </p>
