<p><span style=""><span style="">Location: Shiodome<br> Division: Global IT Strategy Department<br> Job level: Staff / Manager<br> Reports to: Group Manager <br> Contract type: Full-time</span></span><br> <br> </p> <p><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Overall Description</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">- Contribute to execute Global IT Strategy such as long & short term IT plan, spend, partner, architecture, governance, organization change management, and more.<br> - Support Global IT leaders to execute the initiatives together by orchestrating all Regions' stakeholders including Japan (6) .<br> - Engage with IT members by comprehensive analysis, value realization, transition support, and change management.</span></span></p> <p><br> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Roles & Responsibilities</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">- Provide strategic insight to Global IT leaders in analysis, value proposition, kpi performance, and more.<br> - Provide expert advice and support on Global IT leaders to deliver the services and manage the overall IT plan <br> - Support to develop and maintain annual Shiseido Global IT strategy and roadmap<br> - Establish, deploy, and maintain standardized IT Governance structure, guideline, and sophisticated process globally<br> - Operate global IT governance and IT risk management process as routine<br> - Support Global IT leaders to mobilize the team internally and externally<br> - Facilitate the global initiatives to deply Global One IT and new technologies that were not previously possible<br> - Support Global IT Strategy lead to design, organize, and run effective Global IT leadership communications in a timely manner<br> - Ensure visibility, escalation, and decision to inform and align on IT planning, policy, and operations globally<br> - Support to build and maintain Global IT portfolio such as architecture, project, operation, vendor, and cost on single database</span></span><br> </p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Basic Requirements</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">- Bachelor’s degree or higher in information technology area or equivalent<br> - Business proficient in English and Japanese (written and spoken)<br> - 10 years experience in IT project, end-to-end solution delivery, and operation (all project and IT life cycle)<br> - PMP or equivalent project management knowledge and skill is a must<br> - Good understanding of information security and compliance requirements<br> - ITIL Foundation level of knowledge and experience<br> - Strong in collaboration and communication in stakeholder management<br> - Problem solving capability with strong logical thinking and data/situation analysis skill<br> - Mindset to challenge new journey and enthusiasm to learn and explore it with curiosity </span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">Desired Qualifications</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">- Masters degree in information technology / business administration would be preferable<br> - Professional knowledge on multiple information technology domains<br> - Ability to translate business requirements into IT services and operations by writing down detailed implementation plan<br> - Experience in contract negotiation with global IT partners<br> - Strong in negotiation and facilitation with excellent communication skills with senior leaders<br> - Working within a well-defined service management environment based around ITIL practices<br> - Experience in COBIT / TOGAF deployment globally<br> - Working experience in both Japanese and non-Japanese company or consulting experience in multi national companies<br> - Experience in projects by Agile and/or DevOps best practices<br> - Good knowledge of IT securities and IT risk management<br> - Experience of global matrix environment</span></span></p> <p> </p> <p> </p>
