<p><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Location： Shiodome<br> Division： Strategic Finance Department<br> Job level： Staff<br> Reports to： Group Manager<br> Contract type： Full-time</span></span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><b><span style=""><span style="">Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容）</span></span></b></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Job Overview<br> As a Business Financial Partner of designated Brand, own the Brands' overall business/financial performance via providing support in <br> a) fiscal year budget planning<br> b) act/plan gap analysis with insights<br> c) profit improvement initiatives<br> d) brands' growth strategy building (TBD)<br> e) any other strategic discussion (i.e. Project business case, PLR)<br> to deliver its desired financial shape.<br> Make proposals(i.e. resource re-allocation, optimization, etc...) and/or presentations(incl. facilitation of meetings) to senior management as Business Partner of designated Brand Holder(=BH).<br> In addition, <br> - Lead profit improvement initiatives / process optimization/improvement as the lead representative from the Group<br> - Brands' Financials Management<br> - Monitor and keep track of business progress and provide world class analysis/guidance to stakeholders<br> - Manage the FY BH cost, identify risks and opportunities areas for FY financials<br> - With the support from senior members, derive improvement action plans and propose to key stakeholders. Co-lead in execution.<br> - Business Partnering as HQ finance function<br> - Support senior members in Designing and steering the overall budgeting/mid-term planning process for Brand Holders, collaborating with Corporate Strategy Dept/Region Finance Group/Consolidation Group.<br> - With the support from senior members, set the proper KPI for business evaluation with fit-for-purpose framework<br> - Support senior members in Building necessary financial model/simulation to optimize the budgeting/planning processes across the brands.<br> -Transforming Shiseido Finance<br> - Support senior members deploying cross-brands initiatives that would improve a) overall business process efficiency, b) corporate financials, and c) any others that would be beneficial to multiple functions. <br> (Brand strategic planning/discussion - aspiration)<br> - Co-own the Brand's growth strategy by actively stepping in into the strategic discussion. Provide critical financial + market insights.<br> - Support finance function in BH building business case for major initiatives. Leverage financial/simulation model being available to facilitate the discussion.<br> - Support finance function in BH running/preparing Post Launch Review. Discuss and extract key learnings to be leveraged for future initiatives.<br> - Team Development/Self Learning<br> - Continuously seek for improving opportunities in his/her own area. Make proposals for the new ideas/techniques/technologies to further enhance the capabilities.</span></span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><b><span style=""><span style="">Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質）</span></span></b></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">- Knowledge of generally accepted accounting policies<br> > JCPA/USCPA/MBA or other equivalent certificate is a plus<br> - Team Player<br> - Intermediate level English/Japanese<br> - 3yrs+ FP&A experience, or equivalent capabilities<br> - Entry level - Intermediate Planning skills<br> - Entry level - Intermediate Project Management skills</span></span></span></p>
