MAIN PURPOSE Reporting to the Brand Senior Manager, your primary role is to assist in all marketing activities and ensure brands’ objectives are met. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">To plan and execute 360 marketing plans for new product launches to generate awareness, drive sell-out and gain market share.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">To manage roll-out of events through liaising with vendors and manage event process from planning to execution within allocated budget and time</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Drive brand awareness, increase consumer engagement through best-in-class execution of Marketing, PR and media activities. </li> <li style="text-align:justify">To collate all relevant marketing information and materials to prepare post-event recap</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Partner ecommerce team to plan and execute ecommerce strategies</li> </ul> Retail Operations and Special Events <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Coordinate and execute trade marketing activities for all channels. Including and not exclusive to department stores, specialty stores, drugstores, ecommerce and perfumeries</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Liaise with agency and suppliers to create promotional materials, leaflet, brochure, etc.</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Provide promotional support and timely update of promotional initiatives to retail front to increase sales</li> </ul> Others <ul> <li>Manage and support the visual merchandizing needs of counters. Ensure that all visuals and collaterals are executed in accordance with brands’ guidelines.</li> <li>Monitor key competitors’ activities to gather insights on market trends and developments</li> <li>Prepare monthly reports of key marketing and PR activities for business review</li> </ul> REQUIREMENTS <ul> <li style="text-align:justify">Degree in Business/Marketing/Mass Communication or related field</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Minimum 1-2 years of relevant marketing experience, ideally from the beauty/ fashion industry</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Keen interest in fragrance or cosmetics is a MUST</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel & Powerpoint) and familiarity with Photoshop and graphic design</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Well organized, strong sense of urgency and good time management skills</li> <li style="text-align:justify">Team player and committed to work in a fast-paced retail environment</li> </ul> <table cellspacing="0" class="MsoTableGrid" style="border:none"> <tbody> <tr> <td style="padding:0.0cm 7.0px 0.0cm 7.0px;vertical-align:top;width:623.0px"> </td> </tr> </tbody> </table>
