<p><span style=""><span style=""><span style="">Location： Shiodome<br> Division： Cle de Peau Beaute Global Brand Unit<br> Job level： Staff<br> Reports to： Group Manager<br> Contract type： Full-time</span></span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><b><span style=""><span style="">Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容）</span></span></b></span><br> <span style="">・Lead/ Manage strategic projects across the brand such as Brand Mid-term strategy, Annual plan etc.</span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">ブランド全体に関わる戦略的プロジェクト（中期戦略や年度計画の策定等）のリードとマネジメント</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Have alignment with each region for marketing action plan or numerical targets in collaboration with Regional Strategy & Execution Group and Aid decision making.<br> リージョン戦略Gと協働し、ブランド／マーケティング計画のアクションプランや数値目標の各エリアとの合意形成や、意思決定の支援</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Develop measures to improve profitability/ KPI when planning Brand Mid-term strategy/Annual plan and Support the execution.<br> ブランド中期戦略/年度計画策定時に、収益性改善策やKPIを立案と実行支援</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Provide the department guidelines about budgeting and Plan the investment, Manage monthly business operations.<br> CPBブランドユニットの費用ガイドラインを立案し、投資予算の策定と月次の事業管理</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Work on other special assignment by Chief Brand Officer/ Vice President<br> その他、CBOやVPの特命事項の対応</span></span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><b><span style=""><span style="">Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質）</span></span></b></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Experience in developing brand strategy in the global company<br> グローバル企業でのブランド戦略構築の業務経験</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Experience in luxury or prestige brand marketing and knowledge<br> ラグジュアリーまたは、プレステージブランドマーケティングに対する経験と知識を有する</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Ability to communicate with stakeholders with different backgrounds/cultures and facilitate conflictual situation<br> 異なる背景や文化をもつ相手とも、柔軟・円滑なコミュニケーションやコンフリクトマネジメントができる</span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style="">・Business Level of English (TOEIC 800) and Japanese<br> ビジネスレベルの英語（TOEIC 800以上）、および、ビジネスレベルの日本語<br> ・Advanced Excel and PowerPoint skills<br> Excel、Power Pointの上級スキル</span></span></span><br> </p>
