Manage suppliers for regional spending pool (supplier selection, quotation, negotiation, governance) to ensure we are pooling consolidated spend to negotiate based on economies of scale.</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="Times New Roman', serif"><span style=""><span style="Arial', sans-serif">Establish saving targets, develop tracking process, and drive activities to achieve the targets</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="Times New Roman', serif"><span style=""><span style="Arial', sans-serif">Communicate with stakeholders on cost trends to explain cost drivers variances and communicate on a quarterly basis to the various stakeholders</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="Times New Roman', serif"><span style=""><span style="Arial', sans-serif">Implement KPI for Operational Excellence</span></span></span></span></span></li> <li style="text-align:justify"><span style=""><span><span style="Times New Roman', serif"><span style=""><span style="Arial', sans-serif">Align with Shiseido Corporate Procurement Strategies.
