Location： Shiodome Division： Marketing & Communication Development, SHISEIDO Global Brand Unit Job level： Staff Reports to： Group Manager Contract type： Full-time Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容） We are looking for a skilled system engineer with experience in Salesforce Marketing Cloud (SFMC) and Salesforce Commerce Cloud (SFCC) to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record in managing, maintaining, and optimizing SFMC and SFCC environments. Capable of working in a fast paced, international brand environment in an agile framework. Responsibilities: • Manage, maintain, optimize SFMC and SFCC environments, ensuring optimal performance, stability, and security. • Work with development teams to ensure that integrations and customizations of all initiatives are implemented efficiently and effectively. • Collaborate with international stakeholders across the organization and external vendors, to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. • Potential to develop and execute a strategy for transitioning from SFCC's monolithic architecture to a headless architecture. • Configure and optimize headless commerce infrastructure, including front-end platforms and back-end systems. • Design and implement integrations between SFMC, SFCC, and third-party systems. • Develop and maintain documentation related to system architecture, configurations, and processes. • Continuously monitor and improve system performance, security, and scalability. • Proactively engage with brand stakeholder and be able to explain to non-technical personnel the “what, why and how” of each initiative • Be able to proactively maintain tight cost control and support the budgeting process with clear and concise recommendations, reports and tracking • Stay up-to-date with the latest trends and best practices in the field Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質） Qualifications: • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field • 5+ years of experience in system engineering, with a focus on SFMC and SFCC • Extensive experience with Salesforce APIs, development tools, and languages • In-depth knowledge of SFMC, SFCC, and headless commerce concepts and technologies • Experience designing and implementing integrations between SFMC, SFCC, and other systems • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills • Excellent written and verbal communication skills also in English language • Ability to work independently and as part of a team • Able to work in Agile manner, scrum certification preferred • Salesforce certifications, such as Salesforce Certified Platform Developer I or II, are a plus If you are a skilled system engineer with experience with large global brands and a proven track record of accomplishments, we encourage you to apply for this exciting opportunity to join our team in a fast paced and rewarding environment.
