Technical project coordination in close relationship w/Brand team and other relevant teams<br> 2. Tech story/claim creation for new products or repromotion<br> 3. Gate magagement of researches for brand in close communication w/ basic researchers<br> 4. Any tech proposal from mid/long-term perspective, to contribure brand growth</span></span></p> <p><span style=""><span style=""> </span></span><br> </p> <p><span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements</b></span></span></span></p> <p> </p> <p><span style=""><span style="">1. Univeristy or Master degree<br> 2. More than 3-year experience of R&D or Marketing in cosmetic(hopefilly skincare) field<br> 3. Basic understanding of skin science and/or chemistry<br> 4. Comminication and presetation skill for collaboration w/stakeholders <br> 5. Japanese/English skill for business communication (hopefully: TOEIC L/R over 730) <br> 6. Basic IT skill (word, excel, powerpoint) <br> 7. Proactive/possitive mindset for challenge</span></span></p> <p> </p>
