<p><span style=""><span style="">Location: Shiodome<br> Division: Strategy & Business Development, SHISEIDO Global Brand Unit<br> Job level: Staff<br> Reports to: Group Manager<br> Contract type: Full-time</span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Roles & Responsibilities（業務内容）</b></span></span></span><br> <span style=""><span style="">Regional Business Development Staff, S&OP Strategist<br> ・Regional Demand Planning optimization from brand holder point of view (=product, marketing strategic priority) in collaboration with corporate S&OP and Regional Marketing, <br> コーポレートS&OPチーム、各Regionとの連携のもと、ブランドホルダーの視点（商品、マーケティング戦略プライオリティ）からRegional Demand Planningの最適化を行う。<br> ・Strategy building and action plan execution for inventory and E&O optimization based on corporate S&OP analysis.<br> コーポレートS&OPの情報を分析し、各DCにおける在庫の最適化、偏在在庫の最小化のための戦略を策定し、施策を実行する。<br> ・New product sales plan collection from Regions and it's analysis.<br> リージョンとの連携のもと、新製品販売数量の収集、分析を行う。<br> ・Number of SKU optimization in collaboration with S&OP, Product Development and Regional Marketing.<br> S&OP、商品開発部門、リージョンとの連携のもと、SKU数の最適化を行う。</span></span><br> <br> <br> <span style=""><span style=""><span style=""><b>Requirements（必要な能力/経験/資質）</b></span></span></span><br> <span style="">Experience in global organization or a organization, which has communication with global (working or academic).</span></p> <p><span style=""><span style="">グローバル組織またはグローバルとコミュニケーションのある組織での経験<br> Experience in Sales and Operation Planning<br> S&OP領域における実務経験<br> Basic knowledge of brand marketing<br> ブランドマーケティングに対する基本的な知識</span></span><br> <span style=""><span style="">TOEIC 800以上</span></span></p> <p> </p>
