<p><span style="font-size:12.0px"><span style="font-family:Arial, Helvetica, sans-serif">We are a developer, investor, and operator of power generation and desalinated water plants, with 90 assets in operation, construction, or advanced development across 13 countries.</span></span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Position </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Job Title O&M Operator - Power</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Job location (Department/Plant) Operations</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Reporting to Shift Charge Engineer</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Job Summary </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Operates and monitors a hybrid power generation facility consisting of photovoltaic (PV) arrays, battery energy storage systems (BESS), and internal combustion engine (ICE) generators. Ensures the safe and efficient operation of all systems, performs routine checks, and assists with basic maintenance and troubleshooting to maintain stable and reliable power output.</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Roles & Responsibilities</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">S. No. Responsibility</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">1 Comply with safety rules and regulations. Be familiar with the fire equipments in his area.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Follow the instructions of the Shift Supervisor/Shift Engineer and Senior O&M Operator.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">2 Coordinate with the Shift Supervisor/Shift Engineer and with other Operators in regard to all activities that affect them. Monitor all parameters and enter periodic readings on log sheets. Summarize all activities/events that took place during his shift in the log book.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">3 Inspect the area and auxiliaries during the shift to make sure that all equipment parameters are within limits. Report abnormalities to the Senior O&M Operator and Shift Supervisor/Shift Engineer </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">4 Perform equipment changeover according to preset schedules. Raise work requests or defect notes for faulty equipment.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">5 Coordinate with Shift Supervisor/Shift Engineer for isolating and lining up the equipments and system before and after maintenance. Maintain a tidy work area and ensure clean up after maintenance work.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">6 Perform electrical switching for low, medium voltages. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">7 Awareness about electrical/mechanical systems hazards, and ability to perform operational tasks on electrical/mechanical systems in a safe manner. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">8 Assist in the training and familiarization of new local desalination operators.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">9 Follow standard procedures</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">10 Use proper PPEs and implement prescribed risk controls</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">11 Report deviations in Quality, Health and safety management system</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">12 Report emergencies and near misses </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">13 Ensure proper waste disposal measures</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">14 Perform other duties as assigned</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Job Specifications </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Educational Desired Diploma</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Preferred Degree</span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Minimum Experience</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">(Type and duration) Minimum 3-4 years in Desalination/Power plant. </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt"> Preferable Experience in Middle East </span></p> <p><span style="font-size:10.0pt">Required Skills </span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">1. Generic awareness of Quality, Occupational Health & Safety and Environment Management system principles</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">2. Knowledge of identification, classification and disposal of waste</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">3. Knowledge of Emission Monitoring</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">4. Knowledge of environmental and health impact of chemicals being used in the plant</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">5. Knowledge of firefighting equipment</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">6. Knowledge of PPE and safety equipment</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">7. Knowledge of First aid measure</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">8. Should be well conversed with Desalination Operational activities.</span><br><span style="font-size:10.0pt">9.
