Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>Managing inspection and testing of in-house components in accordance with defined inspection plans and engineering drawings.</li> <li>Resolution of internal quality issues and external customer complaints using structured methodologies such as CAPA and 8D.</li> <li>Coordination with cross-functional teams to plan and execute Factory Acceptance Testing (FAT) activities.</li> <li>Handling of customer complaints and feedback, ensuring timely resolution and implementation of effective corrective actions.</li> <li>Led Root Cause Analysis (RCA) for process and product deviations and implement corrective and preventive measures.</li> <li>Drive continuous process improvement initiatives to enhance product quality and reduce defect rates.</li> <li>Train and coach internal quality personnel on measurement techniques and testing procedures.</li> <li>Prepare and maintain documentations including Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs), Quality Plans, and Work Instructions.</li> <li>Plan and execute process and product audits to ensure compliance with quality standards and system requirements.</li> </ul> <p> </p> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul style="list-style-type:disc"> <li>BE in Mechanical Engineering Or equivalent qualification</li> <li>15+ years of experience in Quality Control (QC) and Quality Assurance (QA) within manufacturing environments.</li> <li>Hands-on experience with a wide range of inspection and measurement instruments</li> <li>Strong knowledge of quality tools and methodologies, including RCA, 7 QC Tools, Six Sigma</li> <li>Excellent ability to read and interpret manufacturing drawings and technical specifications.</li> <li>Able to lead FMEA, PPAP, MSA, and Process Capability Studies (Cp, Cpk).</li> <li>Well-versed in Quality Management Systems (QMS), particularly ISO 9001 standards.</li> <li>Ability to lead and mentor quality engineers, inspectors, and technicians.</li> <li>Experience working with SAP for Quality Assurance related activities.</li> <li>Proficient in Microsoft Office tools: Word, Excel, and PowerPoint for reporting, analysis, and documentation.</li> <li>Strong communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective teamwork and cross-functional collaboration.</li> </ul><div id="templateFooterInternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
