Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <div> <ul> <li>Provide first-level technical support for blow molding equipment, including diagnosing, reproducing, and resolving issues in a timely manner</li> <li>Manage customer service tickets end-to-end, including documentation, tracking, prioritization, and escalation</li> <li>Act as the primary liaison for customer technical inquiries, delivering support via remote channels and onsite when required</li> <li>Support and coach service engineers through technical guidance, troubleshooting, and onsite assistance for complex cases</li> <li>Recommend effective technical solutions and preventive measures based on issue analysis and recurring trends</li> <li>Coordinate and communicate across internal functions (Support, Sales, Engineering, Product Management, Consulting) and external stakeholders</li> <li>Manage warranty and claim-related cases, ensuring proper documentation and follow-up</li> <li>Track service activities, maintain accurate records, and prepare timely performance reports</li> <li>Identify and implement tools or improvements to enhance service efficiency and quality</li> <li>Drive continuous improvement through process optimization and service excellence initiatives</li> <li>Transfer knowledge to engineers and internal teams, including coaching, auditing, and competency development</li> <li>Support training initiatives as Customer and Service Trainer within internal Academy programs</li> </ul> </div> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <ul> <li>Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or a related technical field</li> <li>4–7 years of experience as a Service Engineer, preferably in beverage line processes or blow moulding systems</li> <li>Proven experience in customer management and technical support within an industrial or manufacturing environment</li> <li>Strong technical troubleshooting, diagnostic, and problem-solving skills</li> <li>Proficient in English (spoken and written)</li> <li>Strong customer orientation with the ability to manage and resolve client issues effectively</li> <li>Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills</li> <li>Demonstrated leadership and coaching capabilities to support engineer development</li> <li>High level of teamwork and ability to collaborate across functions, departments, and business units</li> <li>Strong time management, organizational, and coordination skills</li> <li>High learning aptitude with the ability to quickly adapt to new technologies and processes</li> <li>Structured and analytical problem-solving competence</li> <li>Willingness and ability to travel frequently (approximately 60% of total working time annually, excluding leave)</li> <li>Ability to work in a dynamic, customer-facing environment with both onsite and remote support responsibilities</li> <li>Regular interaction with internal stakeholders across teams, departments, and business units, as well as external customers and suppliers</li> <li>Comfortable with an instructional and consultative communication style, including coaching, training, and technical guidance</li> </ul><div id="templateFooterExternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
