Then join our team because: we can achieve more together!</p> </div><p>Let's create impact beyond tomorrow <strong>What awaits you</strong></p> <p>Job Purpose</p> <p>The Project Manager contributes to the organizational goals by managing the project and taking full responsibility for the effective control of large-scale projects from the initiation, planning, execution, close out technically and commercially in close collaboration with customers. Managing timelines, financial costing and quality workmanship and ensures high performance standards in meeting the deliverables of the project and customer expectation</p> <p>This position requires frequent travel to customer sites.</p> <p>Job Responsibilities include but are not limited to:</p> <ul> <li>Building and maintaining relationships with the allocated Customers technical and management team, KAG and KSA projects and sales teams, Service Teams, sub-contractors and KSA stakeholders</li> <li>Assisting allocated customers with scoping and planning of new machine and retrofit projects. Attending project meetings as required before, during and after the project</li> <li>Working closely with Customers and Head of Service to ensure allocation of resources required to execute customer projects effectively</li> <li>Ensuring all project documents and control systems are kept up to date as required from KSA management and KAG project control (SAP)</li> <li>Controlling projects with regards to deadlines kick-off meetings, budgets, quality of work, risk assessment, claims, closure and handover meetings.</li> <li>Ensure all projects are closed out technically and commercially with the all Krones stakeholders</li> <li>Ensuring effective project management on allocated projects, ensuring that all actions and planning done is in accordance with cost saving initiative, working towards the target as set out by Krones</li> <li>Handling deviations between contract and quotations, any claims relating to the allocated project between Krones, customers and sub-contractors</li> <li>Ensure the Customer is continually updated with regards to the progress or deviations from initial project plan of the projects and ensuring minimal Customer escalations</li> <li>Ensuring effective communication with customers, assisting them with technical support offering solutions and troubleshooting where required</li> <li>Liaise and coordinate between the Customer, KSA and KAG ensuring issues are closed out timeously. Ensure that the KSP is updated regularly, including all relevant KPI’s from e.g.. OSR.</li> </ul> <p>Your Profile <strong>You contribute</strong></p> <p>Qualification and Experience</p> <ul> <li>National Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering</li> <li>Minimum of 4 years in Project Management or Project Engineering experience</li> <li>Technical sales and customer facing roles in the packaging or beverage industry</li> <li>SAP experience in project management</li> <li>MS Office (Including MS Projects/Project)</li> </ul> <p>Behaviors & Skills</p> <ul> <li>5 years technical experience in the Packaging or Beverage industry</li> <li>Working knowledge of the Krones portfolio and Marketing principles</li> <li>Diploma in Project Management, PMP certification etc. will be an advantage</li> <li>Strong communication and relationship management skills</li> </ul><div id="templateFooterExternal"> <div class="headline-container">Your application <strong>Interested?
